Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Appointment Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please review the following policies before booking:
48-Hour Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a sugaring or spray tanning appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows:
Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service for sugaring and spray tanning.
Late Arrivals:
There is a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 5 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and the applicable cancellation fee will be charged: 50% for sugaring and spray tanning.
Out-of-Office Appointments
Appointments requested outside of regular business hours will automatically include a $20 out-of-office fee. Please text me for approval before booking.
Booking Requirements
SunGold Beauty Lounge is currently accepting clients 18 years and older and female clients only.
